Frank Finance is a personal finance dashboard that aggregates financial accounts you choose to connect and displays balances, transactions, and analytics. It is operated by an individual and offered free of charge, as-is. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Everything in this app — including balances, categorizations, analytics, and any AI-generated responses — is informational only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Data synced from financial institutions may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; always verify against your institution's own records before making decisions.
This service is read-only with respect to your financial accounts. It cannot move money, place trades, or make payments. It holds no funds and is not a bank, broker, or money transmitter.
Account connections are provided through Plaid and SnapTrade, subject to their own terms. Automatic transaction categorization uses Google's Gemini API. We are not responsible for outages or data issues originating with these providers or with your financial institutions.
This is a small, free service with no uptime guarantee. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time; reasonable notice will be given before any shutdown so you can export your data. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or removed.
This is a free service provided by an individual, not a company. You use it entirely at your own discretion and risk. You acknowledge that financial data displayed here may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and you agree that any decisions you make based on it are yours alone. If you are not comfortable with these conditions, do not use the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service; and (b) the operator's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the service (zero for this free service) or fifty US dollars ($50). You release the operator from all other claims to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The underlying software is licensed under AGPLv3; source code is available via the "Source" link in the footer. These terms govern your use of this hosted instance, not the software license.
